Buy-Back Of Shares By JSW Energy (Barmer) Limited A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of The Company
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we inform you that JSW Energy (Barmer) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has completed the buy-back of 72 60 50 000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 726 05 00 000/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Twenty-Six Crore and Five Lakh only).
